    Wonderful central location just next door to the tourist spots, many nice shops and the center of amman. It also was in a strategic district. Got the same good sized twin room on the 4th level booked online, liked that. Thanks a lot for the terrific service you offered me, including shuttle to the airport.     Favourable and perfect location, we appreciated staying here.

    The breakfast was delicious with all tastes with a Super omelette station and Vegetarian or Vegan, for instance, great service. Location: the hotel was near to the tourist spots and shopping centers in Amman, best restaurants in the Middle East, and west amman.

    The excellent service and shuttle to the airport far exceeded our expectations. The restaurant here was great at 3th floor, we both ordered fresh dishes. The location was good and secure, the staff were pleasant!

    As far as price goes, it is a good stay.

    When booking online, you may not necessarily get what you booked for, so be aware of this. We reserved a room that said we would receive a private jucuzzi and did not receive this. Also, with regards to the kitchen, it is just a sink with an extra mini-fridge, so not worth the extra money for that!

    I enjoyed a delicious variety during breakfast, along with freshly brewed coffee that added to a pleasant dining experience. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. A few amenities could use a refresh. The convenience of the location made getting around hassle-free, though some areas around the hotel felt less secure than anticipated.
